Itinerary

6.30am – Participants report in
8.00am – Start of event
11.00am – Judging of participating vehicles
2.30pm – Presentation of prizes
4.00pm – End of event

All participating vehicles will be inspected for the following categories:
1. Best Show Car
2. Best Car Club
3. Best Sound System Dress Up
4. Best Classic Car (Applicable only for vehicles registered in 1980 or earlier)

Prizes

• Trophies for each category winner.
• Winners of each category will be exclusively featured on Brunei Carzine website.

Entrance Fee

Car show entrance fee = $25 per vehicle

Rules & Regulations

1. All participating vehicles are eligible to participate for Categories 1, 2 and 3 except for vehicles registered in 1980 or earlier, which are eligible for all categories.

2. Category 4 participants are required to bring a copy of their vehicle’s blue
card.

3. Participants are to show up at 6.30am sharp on Sunday, 1st March, 2009 to report in, entry cards collection and set up their vehicles for showcase.

4. Entry cards are to be placed on the dashboard, and visible to the judges.

5. All participating vehicles must be operable.

6. No participating vehicles are allowed to move, enter, or exit when the
showcase starts until end of event.

7. Entry forms are to be submitted on Saturday, 21st February, 2009 at Soto Bunut Restaurant, No. 8, Ground floor, Bangunan Hj Abd Rahman Spg 88, Jalan Kiulap, Kg Kiulap BM 1518 from 4:00pm to 10:00pm.

8. Participants are to notify Brunei Carzine authorities THREE days prior to the event, Wednesday, 25th February, 2009, of any cancellations to allow others a chance to showcase their vehicle and to refund the entrance fee.

Terms and Conditions

1. Upon submitting the entry form the participant must understand and agree to the terms of the Rules and Regulations.

2. All property used or exhibited is at the sole risk of the Exhibitor, and the Licensor will not assume any responsibility for the safety of exhibits against theft, robbery, fire, accidents or for any matter or thing whatsoever, or for bodily injury or damage to property or persons caused by the operations of the exhibitor, The Exhibitor understands and agrees that the Licensor shall assume no responsibility for representations or warranties given by the Exhibitor to the public in regard to its products or services or for transactions or contract s between the Exhibitor and the public, or for any losses or damages arising there from.

3. Brunei Carzine and its affiliates are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damage property. Please keep any eye out for your investments.

4. Term of payment is cash only. Entrance fee are non-refundable if cancellation occurs TWO days prior to the event.
